ONeil & Associates is a proven leader in development of product support information and delivery technology to support DoD/military programs. We specialize in authoring all classes of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), including intrusive diagnostics. We are TACOMs contractor for EMS, widely used on many military vehicles. Under that contract we are the developers of EMS Next Generation, a full publishing environment that the government will own and provide to contractors. We offer a complete range of services that include proposal preparation support, analytical activity, provisioning documentation, spares planning, technical writing, illustration and visualization, training, and technology solutions. Our delivery technology includes content management and database publishing systems that enable serial number-specific product support documentation to be delivered to the end user. ONeil also offers the ONeTOOL which is a ruggedized laptop computer that runs ETMs and IETMs, supports electronic diagnostics tools, and directly interfaces with your platforms BIT/BITE equipment. ONeil works primarily as a subcontractor to many prime contractors serving the DoD; however, we are a named team member of various Omnibus and sustainment contracts.
